Founded in 1997, firstly registered as Cheng Ngai Plaster Ceiling Trading [001163150-M ] with specialty in partitions and ceiling trading. After 7 years of effort , we grew and established Cheng Ngai Renovation [ SA 0045972 – V ] to extend our professional service in commercial interior design & office renovation. In 2007, we decided to go further on, Cheng Ngai Sdn Bhd was registered.
Our team members are specialises in their own areas of expertise – interior design, site supervision, renovation works, project management, 3D conceptualisation and rendering, and architecture design.
Since our inception, we have completed close to 600 projects of varying scales, from minor renovation work in small spaces to the complete reconstruction of private landed residences, corporate offices, commercial and home furnishings as well as everything in between, we possess the necessary experience and expertise to bring your design and renovation requirements to reality.
Our scope of services include office renovation, interior design, architecture design, office reinstatement, interior retrofitting, A&A (addition and alterations) works, space management and consultancy, refurbishment and reinstatement of existing structures.
